Shipping Qualification Specialist

Hobson Prior is seeking a Shipping Qualification Specialist to join a team. This role focuses on ensuring pharmaceutical products are transported safely and efficiently, maintaining the required conditions throughout the journey. The successful candidate will be stepping in for a maternity leave, contributing to the team by managing shipping processes and quality compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that products are shipped under the right conditions from start to finish.
• Participate in project meetings to align shipping with project goals.
• Prepare for and support inspections and audits to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Quality team to provide updates and set priorities.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of quality assurance and supply chain processes, including regulations.
• Ability to manage documentation and perform quality reviews.
• Familiarity with audit and inspection procedures.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to integrate into an existing team.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
