Hobson Prior is seeking an Associate Director Validation - Site Quality for a contract role in Gothenburg. In this position, you will focus on ensuring quality and compliance in validation activities within the biotech industry. You will play a key role in guiding development functions and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain knowledge of quality regulations and guidelines.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Build strong relationships with customers and participate in audits.
• Develop and approve GMP documentation and risk assessments.
• Provide quality input into business improvement projects.
• Participate in external regulatory inspections.
• Lead projects to improve processes and support various functions.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong understanding of quality systems and GMP.
• Experience with equipment, automation, and IT system validation.
• Ability to lead projects and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Understanding of supply chain processes is beneficial.
