Hobson Prior is seeking an Operations Compliance Lead to join a dynamic team in Ireland. This role will manage and enhance systems that ensure safety, quality, and efficiency within operations. The successful candidate will be required to focus on maintaining compliance and improving processes within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee safety and compliance systems in manufacturing.
• Track key performance indicators and manage documentation for batch releases.
• Monitor and improve manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Ensure all work complies with industry standards and practices.
• Complete necessary training and ensure timely closure of compliance records.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in Science or Engineering.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Familiarity with manufacturing operations and quality systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
