Hobson Prior is seeking a Formulation Analytical Scientist for a contract role in Gothenburg, Sweden. This position focuses on supporting drug project teams with your expertise in formulation development, particularly liquid formulations. You will be involved in experimental work and problem-solving to advance drug delivery systems.

Responsibilities:

• Work in the lab to support drug projects with your technical and scientific knowledge.
• Develop and deliver formulation systems for oral, inhaled, and injectable use, focusing on liquid forms.
• Conduct essential tests like content, stability, and impurity measurements.
• Collaborate closely with other team members and experts to enhance drug delivery capabilities.
• Document your work accurately and communicate findings to your team.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• A relevant master's degree in science, such as chemistry or pharmaceutical technology.
• Basic understanding of liquid formulations and analytical methods like spectrometry and chromatography.
• Interest in hands-on experimental work and problem-solving.
• Strong focus on delivering results using scientific and innovative thinking.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with drug product formulation development and quality standards is a plus.
