Hobson Prior is seeking a dedicated individual for the Analytical Tech Support Group, AMT Team role in the biotech industry. This position focuses on enhancing technical skills within quality control and providing expert advice on analytical testing methods.

Responsibilities:

• Help improve technical skills in quality control.
• Offer guidance on testing methods.
• Work on improving methods with high error rates.
• Train quality control analysts.
• Solve issues with unusual test results in specific assays.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Advanced degree in life sciences such as Chemistry or Biotechnology.
• Familiarity with ELISA, qPCR, and cell-based assays.
• Ability to troubleshoot bioassays and ELISA.
• Experience in developing and optimizing analytical methods.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
