Hobson Prior is seeking a QC Materials Team Leader to join our client's team in Ireland. In this role, you will focus on ensuring the quality and availability of materials needed for manufacturing advanced therapy products. You will play a crucial part in maintaining high standards and supporting production processes.

Responsibilities:

• Check and approve incoming materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Organize and oversee the material inspection program to support gene therapy production.
• Ensure team members are well-trained and maintain accurate records and documentation.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience leading a team of materials scientists or technicians.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Experience in supervising people or managing processes.
• Familiarity with working in a regulated environment.
