Hobson Prior is seeking a Quality Control Compliance Specialist to join a dedicated team. This role will focus on examining quality control records and addressing any deviations or non-conforming results. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving the quality of technical documentation and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate issues in quality control records and identify their root causes.
• Propose solutions to prevent similar issues from happening again.
• Review and improve quality control documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients about quality control matters.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• A degree in Biology or Chemistry, PhD is preferred.
• Experience in a quality control laboratory setting.
• Knowledge of biopharmaceutical product testing in areas like biochemistry, chemistry, and microbiology.
• Strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in Korean being advantageous.
