Technology Management Drug Product Consultant

Hobson Prior is seeking a Technology Management Drug Product Consultant for a contract role based in Munich. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising teams on site-launch activities, reviewing technical documentation, and communicating manufacturing plans. This role requires strong knowledge of CMC development, process development, and technology transfer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to teams on site-launch activities for both internal and external sites.
• Review and assess technical documents related to manufacturing, tech transfer, and site-to-site transfers.
• Communicate and implement manufacturing plans in line with cross-functional CMC strategic discussions.
• Conduct data review and analysis, support data transfer to the appropriate data repository.
• Recommend remediations and provide inspection support to mitigate risks or gaps.
• Participate in CMC working group meetings and provide clear, timely updates on tech transfers and site activities.

Requirements

• A PhD or master's degree in biochemistry, chemistry, pharmacy, engineering, or related disciplines is preferred.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in a drug development environment.
• Extensive knowledge of CMC-related functions, including solid formulation processes and product development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively with multinational teams.
