Hobson Prior is seeking a Senior Scientist for a role focused on ADC purification in the biotech industry. You will be involved in transferring technical processes and improving workflows related to ADC manufacturing. This position requires collaboration with various departments and direct client interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out tasks related to transferring ADC conjugation processes.
• Create necessary documentation for manufacturing processes.
• Assess risks associated with ADC processes.
• Work closely with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Lead client visits at the manufacturing site.
• Enhance the efficiency of the ADC tech transfer process.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• A degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Chemical Engineering.
• Experience in developing or transferring ADC processes.
• Ability to generate and manage GMP documentation.
• Familiarity with process validation and handling deviations.
• Strong understanding of antibody drug conjugates and GMP guidelines.
• Proficient in English communication.
