Hobson Prior is seeking a Scientist for Injectable Drug Process Development on a 12-month contract. This role involves working on creating and improving processes for making injectable drugs, from early studies to approval. You will be based in Slough, UK, with a future move to Windlesham, Surrey.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine processes for making injectable drugs.
• Work with various teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct lab studies, analyze data, and document findings.
• Assess risks and design processes for sterile injectable products.
• Support the preparation and manufacturing of clinical trial materials.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in transferring knowledge from development to commercial production.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in developing or manufacturing liquid drug products.
• Familiarity with the biopharmaceutical industry is beneficial.
• Understanding of sterile drug product development and manufacturing.
• Knowledge of process transfer, scale-up, and optimization is advantageous.
