Hobson Prior is seeking an MSAT Team Leader to oversee the operations of Process Development and Manufacturing Technology. The successful candidate will focus on transferring technology, supporting manufacturing, and monitoring processes while ensuring compliance with global and local regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and guide the strategy for manufacturing operations.
• Monitor and assess performance to achieve company goals.
• Work with various teams to share important process information and meet project deadlines.
• Lead problem-solving efforts for manufacturing issues and improve processes.
• Communicate with leadership to enhance operational strategies.
• Manage technical risks during process transfers.
• Support the development of skills for team members.
• Ensure safety policies and regulatory standards are followed.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in Sciences or Engineering.
• Extensive experience in a leadership role within the industry.
• Knowledge of drug development and biologics manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of international regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in English; Korean is a plus.
• Proven leadership abilities.
