Hobson Prior is seeking Laboratory Engineers for our client's operations in Sweden. This role focuses on ensuring the quality and safety of medicines through thorough testing and analysis. You will be part of a team dedicated to maintaining high standards in pharmaceutical quality control.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct chemical and physical tests on various products and materials.
• Collaborate with production and support teams to ensure quality standards.
• Manage a high volume of samples using advanced laboratory techniques.
• Work effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly with colleagues.
• Adapt to changing priorities and maintain structured work processes.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and embrace digital tools and automation.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Background in natural sciences or equivalent experience in analytical work.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with analytical techniques, particularly HPLC.
• Familiarity with quality control practices and GMP is advantageous.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
