The successful candidate will play a crucial role in standardizing flow cytometry instruments within a Quality Control setting. This temporary contract position is based in Leiden, Netherlands. Your work will ensure that our analytical methods meet quality standards, ultimately helping more patients receive treatment.

Responsibilities:
- Analyse data trends from flow cytometry tests to support quality control.
- Provide technical support for troubleshooting and resolving issues with test results.
- Implement best practices for standardizing flow cytometry instruments.
- Assist in the qualification and validation of new testing methods.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong understanding and practical experience with flow cytometry, especially in cancer and cell therapy.
- Ability to lead investigations and manage corrective actions for testing methods.
- Familiarity with guidelines for validating new testing methods.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with teams.
