Hobson Prior is seeking a QC Supervisor to join a dynamic team in Tipperary, Ireland. In this role, you will oversee quality control activities, ensuring efficient and timely testing processes within the laboratory. You will play a key role in coordinating with various departments to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage all testing activities in the lab.
• Work with other teams to ensure samples are tested on time.
• Review and share test results with different teams.
• Manage materials used in testing, including working with outside labs.
• Collaborate with other departments for material release and testing.
• Lead efforts to manage changes and ensure compliance in the lab.
• Plan and organize training for lab staff.
• Help with regular data checks and ensure testing meets standards.
• Oversee the transfer of testing methods and ensure they are done promptly.
• Ensure lab supplies are available and standards are met.
• Keep the lab ready for audits and ensure compliance.
• Act as a backup for the Quality Control Manager when needed.
• Plan resources to improve lab operations.
• Complete reports for vendor assessments and ensure compliance.

• Strong organizational skills to manage lab activities.

• Knowledge of material management and lab processes.
• Experience in leading change and ensuring compliance.
