Hobson Prior is seeking a Laboratory Technician to focus on testing samples for various purposes and supporting laboratory operations. The ideal candidate is someone who can efficiently manage routine tasks and contribute to maintaining a high-standard laboratory environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular tests on samples for different purposes like release and monitoring.
• Assist in transferring, validating, and qualifying methods.
• Help with the upkeep and troubleshooting of lab instruments.
• Support the smooth operation of a GMP-compliant laboratory.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in life sciences, biotechnology, or a similar field.
• Experience working in a quality control setting within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
• Practical knowledge of flow cytometry, cell-based tests, and PCR techniques.
• Fluency in English.
