Hobson Prior is seeking a Technician Process Sciences to join our client's team. In this role, you will focus on supporting production activities and ensuring smooth laboratory operations. You will work closely with various departments to enhance processes and contribute to ongoing improvement projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on production tasks at the central facility, including running experiments and characterizing processes.
• Ensure efficient and effective laboratory operations.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving processes.
• Collaborate with different teams such as Process Development and Quality Control.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Educational background in life sciences, biotechnology, engineering, or a related field.
• Practical experience with cell and gene therapy processes and automated bioreactors.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
