Hobson Prior is seeking a Strategic Payer Value Director Lead to join the team. This role will guide the creation and communication of value-based marketing strategies for healthcare technologies. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to develop compelling value propositions and ensure effective communication of complex clinical and economic data.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to design and execute marketing projects aimed at healthcare decision-makers.
• Provide expert advice on marketing strategies related to market access and reimbursement.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and support business development efforts.
• Oversee project management and ensure timely delivery of client projects.
• Communicate complex evidence in a clear and engaging way to non-technical audiences.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in consulting with a focus on value marketing and communication.
• Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems and economic research.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
