Hobson Prior is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our team for a short-term contract. This role will provide hands-on support to users, helping them resolve their IT issues quickly and efficiently. The successful candidate will be required to have a focus on delivering excellent customer service with a calm and understanding approach.

Responsibilities:
- Help users solve their IT problems in person.
- Use IT systems to log and track user issues.
- Spot common problems and report them to the right teams.
- Work well with others to build strong team relationships.
- Set up and configure computers for new and existing users.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with IT systems like Google Suite, iOS, Windows 11, and ServiceNow is helpful.
- Familiarity with devices like iPhones, iPads, Macs, and Windows hardware is beneficial.
- Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.
- Experience in customer service environments is a plus.
