Hobson Prior is seeking a Senior Manager for Capital Project Engineering for an 18-month contract with one of the biggest names in Pharma. In this role, you will manage engineering projects focusing on manufacturing facilities and laboratories. This position requires fluency in both French and English.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of engineering projects from start to finish.
• Work closely with teams and stakeholders to ensure project goals align with business strategies.
• Oversee project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
• Ensure all projects comply with safety and regulatory standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout project implementation.
• Manage relationships with external contractors and vendors.
• Promote a culture of health and safety within the team.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical or Mechanical.
• 10+ Experience in managing projects within the pharmaceutical or chemical industries.
• Knowledge of safety management and financial forecasting.
• CapEx project experience within a GMP environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and French.
