Hobson Prior is seeking a CAPEX Lead for Infrastructure Projects. This role will oversee the planning and execution of investment projects, ensuring they meet safety, cost, schedule, quality, and functionality standards. The successful candidate will lead a diverse project team and work closely with senior management to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all safety rules and regulations are followed.
• Develop project plans, including goals and deliverables, with input from senior management.
• Manage projects within budget and on schedule.
• Set up systems to monitor project risks, costs, and timelines.
• Conduct regular reviews to ensure projects stay on track and make adjustments as needed.
• Allocate resources and provide daily leadership to the project team.
• Implement modern technical solutions and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Share best practices within the engineering community.
• Successfully transition completed projects to the user team, including training and documentation.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Plant, or similar).
• Experience in managing investment projects in infrastructure settings.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of contract management and project evaluation.
• Technical expertise in infrastructure project engineering.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
