Hobson Prior is seeking an Architect or Civil Engineer to join the team and help with pharmaceutical projects. The successful candidate will focus on planning and managing complex projects, especially in the pharmaceutical or food industry. This role requires working closely with various teams to ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage projects to expand production facilities.
• Work with different teams and future users to ensure project success.
• Oversee and coordinate construction tasks.
• Lead external teams and construction companies.
• Ensure projects meet cost, time, quality, and safety goals.
• Independently handle construction projects from start to finish.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets.
• Ensure necessary resources are available for construction.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in architecture or civil engineering.
• Skills in managing and controlling projects.
• Experience in construction management.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Proficient in German (C1 level) and English (B1 level).
