Hobson Prior are working with a well establish pharmaceutical company to recruit for a Senior Analytical Scientist to support manufacturing goals by managing and utilizing information effectively. You will work with various teams to understand and meet manufacturing and regulatory needs, providing technical guidance in analytical methods.

Responsibilities:

• Help introduce and validate new analytical methods and technologies.
• Develop and ensure testing methods meet required standards.
• Work with regulatory teams on submissions and reviews.
• Train and mentor team members as needed.
• Lead investigations into quality issues and implement solutions.
• Write and support product and laboratory review reports.
• Participate in audits and inspections focusing on analytical practices.
• Act as a role model and influence partners to achieve goals.
• Support management strategies and decisions.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in Analytical Sciences (Chemistry or Biochemistry).
• Experience in pharmaceutical analytical chemistry, especially in separation sciences and mass spectrometry.
• Hands-on experience in advanced analytics.
