Hobson Prior is seeking a Quality Control Materials Analyst to oversee incoming materials and support quality control activities for product release. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice and assist the Materials Team as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Check incoming materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Oversee the material inspection program to support gene therapy production.
• Physically inspect raw materials and ensure proper storage conditions.
• Coordinate testing of incoming materials when necessary.
• Maintain documentation to meet GMP standards.
• Manage the status of materials for approval or rejection.
• Follow health, safety, and GMP procedures.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
• Report any procedural issues or deviations.
• Plan tasks to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Support improvements in methods and technology.
• Ensure personal work complies with GMP and documentation practices.
• Complete training and documentation tasks promptly and accurately.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with quality documentation.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory guidelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
