Hobson Prior is seeking a Project Management Team Leader to guide a team in managing drug substance and product projects. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to ensure successful project execution and foster innovation in customer programs. This role also involves handling both internal and external issues effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of project managers to achieve project goals.
• Work with different departments like manufacturing, quality assurance, and sales.
• Innovate and improve customer programs.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise within or outside the organization.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in Science or Engineering fields such as Biology or Chemical Engineering.
• Leadership experience in project management, sales, or operations.
• Knowledge of drug development and biologics manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Korean and English.
