Are you a sharp-minded Business Analyst who likes to drive smart decisions and make a real impact?

Hobson Prior is seeking a Business Analyst to focus on managing and improving supply chain systems and data processes. You will be the go-to person for system-related issues and will lead projects to enhance digital and IT operations. Your work will support both external operations and in-house manufacturing, with a focus on the EU and Oncology sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Be the main contact for solving system-related problems.
• Create and update training materials and guides.
• Train new employees and vendors on system use.
• Help with system testing and improvements.
• Support new vendors during onboarding.
• Lead projects to improve digital and IT systems.
• Manage supply chain system projects.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or IT.
• Experience in supply chain management or IT.
• Skilled in using ERP systems like SAP.
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical market trends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing and distribution practices.
