Hobson Prior is seeking an Equipment Specialist to manage and support the lifecycle of equipment at various manufacturing sites across Europe. This position will ensure that all instruments are properly deployed, maintained, and compliant with industry standards. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing processes related to equipment validation and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Implement new equipment within the manufacturing network.
• Manage and coordinate the setup and upkeep of instruments.
• Ensure data accuracy and manage user access on equipment.
• Review technical documents from vendors.
• Create and update equipment-related documents.
• Address and document any deviations or changes.
• Contribute to improving processes for equipment validation.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a similar field.
• Understanding of equipment management in a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with computer system validations is beneficial.
• Knowledge of industry guidelines and regulations.
• Strong communication skills.
• Adaptable and proactive approach.
• Proficient in English.
• Must reside in the Netherlands.
