Hobson Prior is seeking a Supply Chain Inventory Specialist for a 6-month contract to manage and improve inventory held at third-party warehouses and manufacturing sites. This role is vital for ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management within our supply chain network.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels at external warehouses and manufacturing sites.
• Work with third-party providers and manufacturers to ensure products are available when needed.
• Regularly check inventory records for accuracy and fix any issues quickly.
• Make sure all inventory processes follow regulations and company rules, keeping detailed records for audits.
• Look for ways to improve inventory processes with partners to save time and money.
• Create reports on inventory data and provide insights to help the team make informed decisions.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• Experience in managing inventory, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Skilled in using inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong ability to analyse data and solve problems.
• Excellent communication skills for working with partners and team members.
• Great attention to detail to maintain accurate records and compliance.
