Hobson Prior is seeking a Commercial Packaging and Clinical Trial Supplies Manager for a contract role in Basel. This position focuses on managing the supply chain for clinical trials, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations. You will be responsible for coordinating packaging, distribution, and documentation processes while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure clinical trial supplies are delivered on time by planning and coordinating with relevant teams.
• Develop packaging solutions and manage risks in study planning.
• Oversee primary and secondary packaging activities and ensure compliance with labeling requirements.
• Create distribution plans and select appropriate carriers for efficient supply delivery.
• Handle import licenses and documentation for international distribution.
• Manage the return and destruction process of clinical trial materials.
• Maintain and organize study documentation throughout the trial.
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved and address any supply issues promptly.
• Collaborate with teams to define packaging requirements for product commercialization.
• Provide technical approval for artwork and manage serialization responsibilities.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• A degree or equivalent experience in life sciences.
• Experience in commercial packaging or clinical trial supply.
• Understanding of international regulations related to GMP, GDP, and GCP.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
