Hobson Prior is seeking a Research or Senior Scientist for a contract role. This position involves working with advanced technologies to develop new antibody treatments. You will be part of a team that focuses on creating and improving antibody designs using various scientific methods.

Responsibilities:

• Help discover new therapeutic antibodies to support the development pipeline.
• Use advanced techniques to find and improve human antibodies for specific targets.
• Design and conduct experiments using custom libraries for antibody discovery.
• Prepare and analyze sequencing data to support antibody projects.
• Collaborate with other scientists to apply AI and structure-based methods for antibody development.
• Develop and implement new techniques in antibody engineering.
• Work across different projects to meet deadlines.
• Share findings in team meetings.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong background in molecular biology and protein biochemistry, especially related to antibodies.
• Experience with display libraries for protein engineering is beneficial.
• Familiarity with techniques like flow-cytometry and data analysis tools is advantageous.
• Motivated with attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively.
