Hobson Prior is seeking a Quality Assurance Partner to focus on ensuring high-quality standards in pharmaceutical development. The successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining compliance with regulations and improving processes. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently while leading projects.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all equipment, automation, and IT systems meet quality standards.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of quality regulations.
• Mentor junior colleagues and build strong customer relationships.
• Participate in audits and regulatory inspections.
• Develop and approve quality documentation and risk assessments.
• Provide input for business improvement projects.
• Collaborate with leadership to set strategic quality directions.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong understanding of quality systems and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Experience in validation processes within a pharmaceutical environment.
• Ability to lead projects and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Problem-solving skills with a creative approach.
• Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing schedules.
