Hobson Prior is seeking a QA Technologist Specialist for a 12-month contract to focus on ensuring product quality and compliance with industry standards. The successful candidate will be involved in decision-making processes at the production line and participate in various projects related to new products and improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in discussions at the production line to make informed decisions about production quality.
• Approve manufacturing protocols to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Participate in projects like new product introductions and equipment investments.
• Collaborate closely with production teams and other support functions.
• Communicate effectively and justify decisions with confidence and humility.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• A degree in science, such as biotechnology, chemistry, or pharmacy.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality control, or assurance is beneficial.
• Familiarity with LEAN principles is a plus.
• Interest in technology, systems, and processes.
• Ability to work efficiently and adapt to changes.
