Hobson Prior is seeking a dedicated individual for the role of DS Compliance (Investigation Owner) in South Korea. This position focuses on investigating manufacturing processes and ensuring compliance with quality standards. You will play a crucial role in preventing future issues and supporting regulatory inspections.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and analyze manufacturing process issues to find root causes.
• Work quickly to address problems and prevent product impact.
• Lead a team from different departments to solve issues.
• Communicate effectively with various teams about deviations.
• Conduct investigations directly on the manufacturing floor.
• Develop solutions to prevent similar issues in the future.
• Report on investigation progress and outcomes to department heads.
• Train and guide junior team members in investigation techniques.
• Assist during regulatory inspections by providing necessary information.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• A degree in science, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing processes, quality systems, and regulatory inspections.
• Familiarity with bioburden investigation is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
