Hobson Prior is seeking a QA Operations Representative to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring quality standards are met for various projects, including equipment and system validation. This position will have a focus on maintaining compliance with global processes and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Work with project teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Support validation activities for equipment and systems.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve quality issues.
• Review and approve documents related to project validation.
• Promote compliance with data integrity and system validation requirements.
• Participate in developing training programs for the quality assurance team.
• Support evaluations of changes, deviations, and risk assessments.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Understanding of manufacturing and quality control processes.
• Familiarity with change control and risk management systems.
• Experience with Qualification and Validation.
• Strong communication skills in both French and English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of cGMPs and Swiss, EU, and FDA regulatory requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in common office software.
