Hobson Prior is seeking a Quality Operations Manager for our Cell Therapy department in Asia. This role focuses on ensuring quality standards for CAR-T treatments across various regions, particularly in China. You will be responsible for overseeing the setup and readiness of manufacturing sites and managing audits. This position requires immediate availability, with an initial contract of three months, potentially extending to six months or longer.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the qualification and setup of manufacturing sites for clinical readiness.
• Lead or participate in audits of selected sites in China and potentially Australia.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards for CAR-T treatments.
• Collaborate with the Global Head of Quality Operations for Cell Therapy.
• Travel within China and possibly to Australia as needed.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong experience in conducting audits in a senior role.
• Familiarity with IIT and LVV processes.
• Experience in CAR-T treatments is beneficial.
• Must reside in China, preferably near Beijing or Shanghai.
• Proficient in Chinese and advanced in English.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
