Hobson Prior is seeking an Operational Technologist/Associate Scientist to join a dedicated team. This role focuses on supporting the development and manufacturing of new drug products. The successful candidate will collaborate with skilful professionals in a dynamic environment, contributing to the creation of medicines for clinical studies.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and clean work areas before and after production.
- Assemble, disassemble, and clean equipment.
- Measure and handle active and inactive ingredients.
- Package products in bulk.
- Inspect products visually for quality.
- Conduct metal checks on products.
- Maintain accurate records in log books.
- Follow safety and quality standards.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to different tasks.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Interest in science and hands-on technical work.
- Educational background in natural or technical sciences, or experience with complex equipment.
