Responsibilities:

• Platform Engineering: Drive the engineering of a MACH architecture across various layers, ensuring enhanced content delivery capabilities.
• Technical Leadership: Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of CMS platforms.
• Governance & Standards: Establish and enforce engineering governance to ensure consistency and alignment with organizational goals.
• Strategic Partnerships: Leverage strategic partnerships effectively, ensuring proper deployment of work to suitable teams and locations.
• Infrastructure Enhancement: Monitor and enhance infrastructure investments to match development, performance, and security needs.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to implement consolidated Content Performance strategies that drive business effectiveness.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in ICT, engineering, or computer science-related fields.
• Experience: Proven expertise in software engineering development of CMS technologies, including headless CMS platforms, API design, and content modeling..
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in technologies such as Next.js, JS, PHP, Serverless functions, microservices, API design, cloud-native technologies, and headless architecture.
• Methodologies: Strong understanding of software development methodologies, DevOps practices, and agile frameworks.
• Business Alignment: Expertise in aligning technology solutions with business objectives, particularly in content delivery.
