Hobson Prior is seeking an Engineering Support Specialist to join a dedicated team. This role focuses on validating and maintaining instruments in a quality control environment. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and improve processes.

Responsibilities:

• Validate and maintain instruments in the quality control labs.
• Follow industry standards and guidelines for validation.
• Decommission and requalify instruments and systems.
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Continuously improve processes using LEAN methodologies.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in validating or qualifying instruments in a regulated environment.
• Educational background in chemistry, biology, process, or mechanical engineering.
• Familiarity with LEAN and process improvement techniques.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and manage projects independently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Interest in quality, processes, and problem-solving.
