Hobson Prior is seeking an MSAT Process Engineer to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will focus on improving and monitoring protein purification processes at a biopharmaceutical manufacturing site. This role will involve identifying process improvements, supporting existing production processes, and ensuring data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:
- Identify ways to improve production processes to increase efficiency and reliability.
- Monitor and analyse production data to support and safeguard current processes.
- Create scientific and technical reports to support significant changes and assess product impact.
- Collaborate with other departments to discuss and implement process improvements.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Advanced degree in Engineering or Life Sciences.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong technical knowledge of large-scale biotech manufacturing equipment.
- Experience with protein purification processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with statistical and data trending techniques.
- Experience with digital process monitoring systems and handling large data sets.
