You will lead a global team, focusing on clinical development within the aesthetic medicine and neurotoxin-related fields. The position is hybrid, with a preference for candidates based in Raleigh, though flexibility is possible.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee a global clinical development team.
• Design and conduct clinical studies.
• Engage with regulatory bodies like the FDA.
• Collaborate with medical advisors and clinical scientists.
• Manage direct reports across various locations, primarily in the US and EU.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in aesthetic medicine or related fields.
• Background in clinical research and development.
• Ability to work with regulatory agencies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• MD or PhD preferred, but not required.
