Hobson Prior is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to oversee and guide clinical trials, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the trial process from start to finish, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring all necessary approvals are in place. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure clinical trials follow agreed procedures and international standards.
• Lead trials to ensure they progress efficiently and within budget.
• Obtain necessary approvals before starting trials.
• Manage contracts and costs with vendors involved in trials.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
• Organize regular meetings to update the team and resolve issues.
• Write and maintain quality plans and essential documents for trials.
• Ensure insurance coverage is appropriate and up-to-date.
• Track trial progress, including site initiations and data collection.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve any issues during trials.
• Oversee trial materials and ensure they are accounted for.
• Maintain and organize trial documentation.
• Assist with writing and reviewing procedures.
• Ensure work meets quality assurance standards.
• Work in a safe and clean environment, following health and safety policies.
