Hobson Prior is seeking a Commercial Director to lead and expand our client's presence in new markets within the biopharma industry. This role focuses on identifying opportunities for niche pharmaceutical products and managing their introduction and growth in new regions. You will play a crucial part in driving organic growth while maintaining a focus on cost-effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and explore new market opportunities that align with our strategic goals.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of niche pharmaceutical products.
• Conduct market research to identify commercial opportunities and create strategies.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure product registration and compliance with local regulations.
• Lead product launches and coordinate efforts between local and headquarters teams.
• Build relationships with local stakeholders to drive product adoption and sales.
• Report progress and market feedback to headquarters.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly with generic products.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans in new markets.
• Strong commercial skills to identify growth opportunities and manage product launches.
• Excellent communication skills for building relationships with stakeholders.
• Results-driven with the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
