Hobson Prior is seeking a Clinical Trial Scientist to join our client's team in Basel-Land. In this role, you will work closely with clinical trial physicians to support various trial activities. You will be responsible for developing a strong understanding of the scientific and medical aspects of trials, ensuring all tasks comply with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of the Clinical Trial Physician Team.
• Collaborate with physicians on trial-related tasks.
• Stay updated on relevant scientific literature.
• Prepare and review trial documents like protocols and study guidelines.
• Monitor data and provide scientific input during trials.
• Engage with external experts and contribute to discussions.
• Train team members on the scientific aspects of trials.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Proactive problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Experience in clinical development, preferably in a CRO or pharmaceutical setting.
• Fluent in English.
• Understanding of drug development and regulatory guidelines.
