Hobson Prior is seeking a motivated leader for the role of Clinical Development Lead. This position focuses on guiding clinical programs in oncology, ensuring effective trial design and execution. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to achieve successful outcomes in clinical trials. This role is covering United Kingdom, Switzerland, France and Belgium.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and direction of clinical programs, aligning them with company goals.
• Develop and refine clinical plans, ensuring they meet regulatory and commercial needs.
• Create and implement study protocols, collaborating with different departments to ensure they are practical and thorough.
• Review and interpret clinical data to assess program success and safety.
• Oversee patient safety and data quality during studies.
• Work with other departments to ensure trials meet market and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to regulatory documents and stay updated on regulatory trends.
• Guide and support your team, fostering their growth and development.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Medical background with experience in oncology or related fields.
• Experience in leading clinical development teams and managing clinical trials.
• Strong understanding of trial design and data analysis.
• Experience working with regulatory bodies and preparing submissions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English and willingness to travel occasionally.
