Hobson Prior is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to oversee the planning and execution of clinical trials, ensuring all operational aspects are managed efficiently. You will work closely with various teams to ensure trial activities are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage trial-related documents and procedures.
• Coordinate trial activities like site openings and closings and manage necessary licenses and contracts.
• Work with external service providers to ensure they meet trial requirements.
• Oversee data quality and resolve any issues promptly.
• Approve payments related to trial sites and ensure timely processing.
• Participate in meetings and site visits as needed.
• Mentor team members and take on additional project duties as required.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in life sciences or healthcare.
• Experience in managing clinical trials and working with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with electronic data systems and trial management tools.
• Strong understanding of clinical guidelines and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel internationally if needed.
