Hobson Prior is seeking a Validation Engineer to join a dedicated team. The successful candidate will guarantee that equipment and systems are properly checked and maintained. This position will work closely with both internal teams and external partners to plan and carry out these checks. This role also involves managing projects related to equipment and system validation.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and update procedures for checking equipment.
• Write and carry out tests to ensure equipment meets standards.
• Organize and review test schedules and reports.
• Work with vendors and contractors on equipment checks.
• Manage projects related to computerized systems.
• Conduct assessments to ensure data accuracy.
• Recheck equipment to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Update documents to meet regulatory standards.
• Support equipment monitoring and updates.
• Evaluate changes and issues affecting equipment compliance.
• Help solve equipment problems.
• Participate in projects for new equipment and facility expansions.
• Ensure all work follows safety and quality procedures.
• Support investigations and changes related to equipment.
• Assist with audits and inspections.
• Maintain training compliance.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in validation, engineering, or operations.
• Familiarity with GMP utilities and equipment.
• Experience with data integrity and system validation.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
