Hobson Prior is working alongside a biopharmaceutical company seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join their dynamic team in London. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and managing the supply chain activities for products made on-site. You will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations and meet production goals.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the schedule for making products.
• Work with different teams to ensure everything is ready for production.
• Be the main contact for scheduling production activities.
• Create and improve systems to enhance supply chain performance.
• Identify and address potential supply issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure targets are met.
• Collaborate with the purchasing team to align material orders with production plans.
• Develop and finalize production schedules and ensure all stakeholders agree.
• Support initiatives to improve processes and reduce costs.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in Business Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in supply chain or production scheduling roles.
• Ability to lead and work with cross functional teams.
• Proficient in using MRP/ERP systems and Microsoft applications.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to handle complex situations.
