Are you looking to make an impact with your innovation? Hobson Prior are working with a well establish pharmaceutical company to recruit for a Study Start-Up IVD.

This position will be responsible for starting up sites for clinical studies, working closely with various teams and stakeholders. Your main focus will be ensuring that all necessary documents and approvals are in place for the studies to begin smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the start-up process for clinical study sites.
• Help choose and evaluate potential study sites.
• Communicate regularly with study sites to ensure all paperwork and approvals are completed on time.
• Review and organize essential study documents.
• Coordinate submissions to ethics committees and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure informed consent forms meet all requirements.
• Assist with translating documents when needed.
• Support contract and budget discussions.
• Help with obtaining necessary licenses and insurance for the study.
• Use electronic tools to streamline site processes.
• Gather and maintain regulatory information for future use.
• Work with study teams to address any issues promptly.
• Participate in audits and inspections as needed.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in life sciences or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in starting up clinical studies.
• Familiarity with managing external partners is beneficial.
• Understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with international teams and flexible hours.
