Hobson Prior is seeking a Specialty Logistics Regional Coordinator to ensure and manage continuous improvements for a high customer service level and cost-effective distribution network. The role will involve managing daily operations of third-party logistics, troubleshooting orders and shipments, and maintaining compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and improve customer service levels and distribution network efficiency.
• Oversee daily operations of third-party logistics, including inbound and outbound transport operations.
• Troubleshoot issues with orders and shipments in coordination with other teams.
• Support regular business performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor key performance indicators and metrics within your area of responsibility.
• Handle stock reconciliation procedures and inventory management activities.
• Manage daily performance, deviations management, and issue resolution in coordination with quality teams.
• Maintain compliance with Good Distribution Practices and support internal/external quality audits.
• Review invoices from suppliers within your scope of authority.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and functions.
• Proficiency in logistics and transportation processes.
• Familiarity with Good Distribution Practices.
• Good knowledge of supply chain systems, particularly SAP.
