Hobson Prior is seeking a Senior Validation Engineer with experience in Antibody-drug conjugation (ADC) technology, to join our client's team based in South Korea.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining validation plans, generating essential documents, and implementing containment verification programs. This position is crucial for supporting facility start-up and technology transfer of ADC products. This role may have leadership responsibilities but due to it being a brand-new role, this is to be confirmed at a later date.

The client is open to those looking to relocate to South Korea, and with that in mind they want to make the move as easy as possible for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Create and update validation plans and documents.
• Implement and manage containment verification programs, including training and certification.
• Conduct validation impact assessments.
• Support regulatory inspections and respond to audit observations.
• Act as a subject matter expert for ADC equipment, facilities, and cleaning processes.
• Ensure compliance with current regulatory requirements and technical standards.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline.
• Proven hands-on experience in ADC manufacturing, tech transfer, or validation.
• Strong understanding of ADC manufacturing processes, equipment, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions with minimal guidance, and act with speed and accountability.
