Hobson Prior is working closely with a biotechnology company in London who are seeking a QA Associate. This role focuses on ensuring quality and compliance in manufacturing and supporting functions. You will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance activities, maintaining documentation, and supporting audits.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality assurance for manufacturing and support functions.
• Create, review, and approve GMP documentation.
• Help develop and implement quality policies and procedures.
• Maintain quality metrics and collaborate with other departments.
• Review and approve batch documentation for compliance.
• Support facility walk rounds and operational areas.
• Assist during customer and regulatory audits.
• Participate in internal audits and inspections.
• Handle quality systems tasks like reporting, investigations, and risk assessments.
• Support document management activities.
• Promote continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
• Conduct training sessions on cGMP and quality systems.
• Provide guidance on quality-related issues.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Degree in a scientific field like Chemistry or Life Sciences is preferred.
• Experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of sterile manufacturing is a plus.
• Proficient in using electronic Quality Management Systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
